The RiverHawk Cheerleading Club is a co-ed program. Our primary mission is to create a more unified school community that recognizes our cheerleading club as the spirit innovators of UMass Lowell. We aim to do this by representing our school at college level competitions, performing at campus events, and completing community service throughout our area. Our strong work ethic, high discipline and unmatched perseverance will help us achieve our goals!

With the pride that comes with becoming a Umass Lowell cheerleader comes an equal amount of responsibility to the program and the University. As ambassadors of the University, Umass Lowell cheerleaders also make frequent appearances at special events as well as participating in community service projects such as mentoring programs.

As with other UMass Lowell student athletes, all cheerleaders are held to high academic and moral standards. We pride ourselves with turning out not only great cheerleaders but great people, people that will continue to be successful long after their UMass Lowell career ends and they begin the rest of their lives. Look for us at local community events and workshops.
